Thanks for the good reminder for those of us who blog, give presentations, and network. Stories entertain, educate, and generate action.

Adding visuals with pictures and of course video on your blog can generate further impact and make a point if selected carefully.

I have added pictures to my blog posts and can see an increase in time spent on the post thru Google analytics. I then added video interviews to complement the narrative and see a further increase in time and then further time on other pages of my site.
